Unfortunately, due to the hot Texas summer and black leather interior, the threads became warped so it was nearly impossible to screw the cue back together. Well, after messing with it for hours, I finally was able to get it to screw back together using vegetable oil and slow reinforcement. The problem now is, it won’t come unscrewed! I have tried everything! Muscles, pliers, fire, etc… does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to losing it up without damaging it?
** Please note, the cue itself is not warped! The threads where it screws in were warped. That issue is now resolved. I just need to get it unscrewed now.
