I suggest finding a cue that is comparable to one proven on-line at josscues.com. If you do not see it there, you can email them a picture and they can identify it.

    Joss cues hold their value pretty well. It could be worth at least $ 200 and up to $ 1000+. I could tell a little easier with a picture. By the way Mark, ozone billiards only carries certain models of custom cue brands.
